We were on our way out of town for a family road trip. The car was packed, the kids were in their car seats, and we even had the dog ready to go. As we stopped for gas, we noticed that the plastic covering underneath the car front was hanging down to the ground. Omg. In a panic, we called East Coast Automotive in Jupiter. Steve told us to come right over and he’d take a look. Seeing our dire situation, he took us in and within 10 mins, he had us patched up and on the road. He smiled and waved as we were on our way (and we didn’t even have to get out of the car!). Thank you so much to Steve and Luis! Luis was amazing and very knowledgeable. We aren’t even family or friends of East Coast Automotive employees or owners but they treated us just like we were. Thankful. Kim S.
